The experience at hotel Le Meridien and guidance under well-renowned chefs has helped me develop and polish my own abilities. Well the best exposure one can get is through its own experiments.

Would like to thank Japji from Crispy Ribbons for an amazing and delicious cake she made for my daughter Aaradhya's 6th birthday. I was personally happy with the ample flavours she had to offer us in a fondant cake , which is quite rare! the look of the cake was pretty and elegant and my daughter and her friends were elated seeing so many ponies on it . Thanks Crispy Ribbons for such a wonderful cake - which was not liked by the kids but by the parents too :)
